Residents warned about ‘Sendong’, says Region 10 exec

Director Ana Caneda of the Regional Disaster Coordinating Council for Region 10 told Radyo Inquirer 990AM Monday that residents in Mindanao, particularly in Cagayan de Oro, were warned about Tropical Storm “Sendong” and that the responsibility to enforce a pre-emptive evacuation lay with the local government.
