A man was arrested for allegedly masturbating in front of a mother and son at a retail store in Houston, United States, last Sunday, June 30.
Tomas Hernandez followed a mother and son while they were shopping at a Walmart store, as reported by ABC’s KTRK-TV on Tuesday, July 2.
Local authorities said that as the mother and son turned around, Hernandez was seen masturbating. An employee also witnessed him pleasuring himself.
Hernandez was arrested immediately. He is currently facing a felony charge of indecency with a child.
As per the Texas Penal Code, a person exposing any part of the genitals in the presence of a child, or the touching of the genitals of a child, constitutes said crime. Hannah Mallorca/JB
