Cebuana Lhuillier, Freego dispute D-League semis seat today

THINGS are expected to get physical today as the Cebuana Lhuillier tackle Freego in a knockout quarterfinal game in the PBA D-LEague Foundation Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Cebuana Lhuillier swept its classification round matches to emerge the top seed in Group B. The game is set at 4 p.m. with the winner advancing to the semifinals against the winner of the match pitting Max! Bond Super Glue vs. Blackwater.

The other quarterfinals encounter between PC Gilmore and Pharex is also expected to go down the wire. The Wizards are again gunning for a repeat over the Bidang Generix whom they beat 99-97, in their classification round duel.

The Wizards have not had a game in nearly a month since closing their classification round assignment against Blackwater.
