The aftercare program of the Salesians is an expansion of its Operation Second Chance Center (OSC) in Cebu City and has now included the clients of the RRCY of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

Magone Home has 14 clients who have undergone individualized rehabilitation programs from OSC and RRCY.

The clients have their individualized aftercare plan that is carried out in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Though theprogram is still at its infancy stage, Magone Home is taking up the challenge to run and document the gains and challenges of this pilot project for society at large.
