MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Leni Robredo on Friday visited the 22 Filipino fishermen who survived the reported June 9 ramming and sinking of their boat by a Chinese vessel at Recto (Reed) Bank in the West Philippine Sea.

Robredo met the crew of F/B Gem-Vir 1 at the house of boat owner Felix Dela Torre in Barangay San Roque, Occidental Mindoro. She also went to the house of boat captain Junel Insigne.
