Speakership candidate and Leyte Representative-elect Martin Romualdez congratulated newly elected Davao City Vice Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte during the inaugural ceremony of Davao City’s newly elected officials at the plenary hall of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Building in Davao City.
Baste was unopposed in the vice mayoral election in the city last May.
