MANILA, Philippines – The Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) reportedly stopped operations on Thursday afternoon after encountering technical problems, train riders have reported on social media.
Twitter posts from LRT-2 riders said the line stopped its operations from the V. Mapa Station in Manila to the line’s Santolan Station in Pasig City.

One netizen lamented that she was forced to ride a bus because of the interrupted service.
