7,000 jobs up in DOLE’s Independence Day fair in Naga City

LEGAZPI CITY –– Some 7,000 jobs will be offered by 66 local and overseas employers at the two-day Kalayaan Day Celebration Jobs Fair sponsored by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in Bicol.

Johana Vi Gasga, DOLE Bicol spokesperson, said the agency-backed job fair dubbed “Tapang ng Bayan, Malasakit sa Mamamayan” would be held at the Robinson’s Place Activity Center in Naga City on Wednesday in celebration of the 121st Philippine Independence Day.

Among the posts are for management trainee, assistant restaurant manager, IT personnel, supply staff, human resources supervisor, company nurse, accounting staff, selling supervisor, anchor/broadcaster, warehouse supervisor, operations manager, branch manager, and logistics officer.

Gasga said the job fair would be a venue for job opportunities, business fair, livelihood and skills training.

He said job seekers are required to submit a resume, clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation, birth certificate, and a school diploma.
