3 drown in ‘Sendong’ spawned floods in Zamboanga del Norte–governor
ZAMBOANGA CITY – Three persons drowned in floods spawned by “Sendong “in Zamboanga del Norte, according to Governor Rolando Yebes.
He said the areas of Dapitan and Polanco were greatly affected by the floods.
Yebes said water reached more than one meter deep.
Disaster management personnel continue to monitor and assess the situation to determine the actual number of families affected, he said.
