June 9 to 12: Kansilay Festival
The city of Silay in Negros Occidental province celebrates its 62nd charter anniversary with the theme “Silay … Padayon ang Pag-asenso.”
There will be a food festival, cosplay competition, street dance competition, fun run and grand parade.
June 9 to 13: Pagdayao Festival
A festival in Masbate City, Masbate province, in honor of St. Anthony of Padua, the patron saint of lost and stolen things.

Named after the Manobo word that means “the chosen one,” Naliyagan is a weeklong festival in Prosperidad, capital town of Agusan del Sur.
The event features the arts and culture of the different indigenous groups in the province.
Activities include a job fair, grand tribal parade, cultural symposium and talent presentation.
