Easterlies to bring rain, cloudy skies over Metro Manila — Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms in Metro Manila, the weather bureau said in its 4:00 a.m. Friday forecast.
Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN (South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos), the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), Zamboanga Peninsula, and Palawan meanwhile, will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported.
Pagasa added that CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon), Bicol, Visayas, the rest of MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan) and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms brought by the easterlies.
Moreover, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms will be felt over the rest of Luzon.
Minimum temperature was 26.8°C at 6:00 a.m. while the maximum temperature is expected to be 36.0°C at 3:00 p.m., according to Pagasa.
