Pangasinan has new prov’l police director

LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN — A new provincial director of Pangasinan on Tuesday assumed his post after the turnover ceremony at the Provincial Police Office (PPO) here.

Police Col. Redrico Maranan formally replaced Police Col. Wilson Joseph Lopez during a change of command.

Lopez, who headed the Pangasinan PPO for 11 months and eight days, said his best legacy was a peaceful, violent-free election in the province.

Lopez will be assigned as chief of staff of the Southern Police District.
