MANILA, Philippines — Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. lashed out at netizens who criticized his words and conduct as the country’s top diplomat on various issues, questioning his breeding and education.
“I have never come across so many idiots who need punishment. My breeding is intact and ineradicable,” Locsin said over Twitter on Tuesday.

This was Locsin’s response to a netizen who said: “It’s just amazing how many threats you have uttered, from punching to screwing, since you became SFA (Secretary of Foreign Affairs).”
“Makes me wonder what happened to your breeding and education. You asseverated on issues cerebrally, once upon a time,” the Twitter user added.
Locsin’s rant did not stop there as he reacted to another tweet about his “Twitter diplomacy.”
“This style of Twitter diplomacy remind you of anyone?” another netizen’s tweet read, referring to Locsin’s earlier Twitter post about the shipment of garbage from Canada to the Philippines.

The country’s top diplomat, an active Twitter user, responded by saying he has no “patience nor time to listen to any other view than the one held by those who made this happen on the Philippine and Canadian sides.”
