MANILA, Philippines —Peter Joemel Advincula who claims to be “Bikoy” of the narcolist video series was a no show at the Department of Justice (DOJ) for the preliminary investigation Tuesday on the estafa case filed against him for organizing a beauty pageant where he later allegedly disappeared without giving the prizes for the winners and wages for the staff.

Advincula was last seen in Camp Crame where he held a press conference saying the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” series of videos that accuses the immediate family of the President and his close allies as involved in illegal drug activities were not true.

Following the rules, De los Santos said “he [Advincula] should respond [to the complaint] within 15 days.”
