BAGUIO CITY — The Philippine Military Academy has scheduled this year’s graduation on May 26 for the Mabalasik Class of 2019, whose members were incorporated into the Cadet Corps in 2015.

This would be the premiere military academy’s first graduation to be held in May since PMA adjusted its school calendar and started classes in August last year. Previous PMA graduations were held in March.

At posting time, PMA has not yet determined how many members of Mabalasik (Mandirigma ng Bayan, Iaalay ang Sarili, Lakas at Tapang, Para sa Kapayapaan) would join the rites to be led by President Duterte.

Mabalasik’s top 10 ranking cadets would be announced on May 21, according to Army LTC Emmanuel Diasen Jr., the academy’s public
information officer. (EditorLeti Z. Boniol)
