Vico Sotto on his love life: ‘Mas gusto ko pang matulog’

MANILA, Philippines — Pasig mayor-elect Vico Sotto said he would rather sleep or rest than worry about the status of his love life.
“Wala talagang time,” the 29-year-old newly-elected mayor of Pasig City said in a GMA interview Friday when asked if he has a girlfriend.
“Talagang pag may free time ako, mas gusto ko pang matulog or magpahinga na lang,” he added.
Sotto said that his love life will take a back seat for now to focus on the problems that his city currently faces.
“Tignan na lang natin, Diyos na ang bahala kung paano mangyayari,” he said about his love life. “Siyempre eventually, gusto mo rin naman di ba? But for now, focus-focus muna.”
With his win as mayor, Sotto ended the 27-year rule of the Eusebio clan in Pasig following the result of the 2019 midterm elections.
