MANILA, Philippines — A Commission on Elections (Comelec) official urged the uploader of the viral “pre-shaded ballots” video in Lanao del Sur to cooperate with the poll body for investigation purposes.

“We are asking the one who posted the video to communicate with us and provide more details kasi yung video pa lang ay kulang na po yun for us to start an investigation,” Comelec Dir. Frances Arabe said on Friday in an interview with Radyo Inquirer 990 AM.
