LEGAZPI CITY — The Commission on Elections provincial office has proclaimed reelectionist Joey Sarte Salceda as representative of the 2nd district of Albay.
Salceda is now on his second term as lawmaker garnering 187,252 against his opponent Gil Goyena with 10,603 votes.
Among the numerous bills Salceda will pursue on his new term will be the Department of Disaster Resiliency, Housewife Compensation, and 35-hour workweek for public/private employees. (Editor: Leti Boniol)
