Ebdane proclaimed as new Zambales governor

IBA, Zambales – Former Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. has been proclaimed as the new governor of this province on Tuesday.

Ebdane won after receiving 151,667 votes, defeating his long-time rival incumbent Gov. Amor Deloso who obtained 128,692 votes.

Deloso, who was seeking a second term, already bested Ebdane in the 2016 gubernatorial race.

Ebdane was the governor of Zambales from 2010 and 2016.
