Khos make landslide wins in Masbate polls

MASBATE CITY – The Kho clan in Masbate province single-handedly won landslide victories in the recently concluded midterm polls.

Incumbent Governor Antonio Kho, who sought for re-election, defeated the outgoing Masbate third district Representative Scott Davies Lanete.

Former governor Rizalina Lanete, Scott’s mother, also failed to win her bid as the third district representative. Wilton Kho, son of Antonio, who is the former Cataingan town mayor, got his first win in congress overthrowing Rizalina.
