Magalong poised to win mayoralty race in Baguio City
BAGUIO CITY–Retired Police Gen. Benjamin Magalong led the mayoralty race in this mountain city.
Magalong led the fact-finding team that found Malacanang and police officials culpable for the 2015 Mamasapano massacre.

As of 10 p.m. on Monday, Magalong garnered 37,848 votes with 93 percent of clustered precincts already canvassed. His closest rival, Edison Bilog, garnered 21, 105 votes.
