ALBURQUERQUE, Bohol—Voting has resumed in a polling center of the Toril Elementary School after it ran out of ballots in Monday’s elections.

The voters waited for about two hours for the ballots to be delivered to Alburquerque town at 3 p.m on Monday or three hours before the voting closed.
