Tension rises in Marawi poll precinct

Tension arose in a precinct in Marawi City after two men punched each other on Election Day.

According to a report by GMA News’ Sandra Aguinaldo, the two men were supporters of two candidates for the vice-mayoralty race.

Aguinaldo reported that there is an intense political rivalry in the area.

Some voters could be heard shouting while others even ran as they were alarmed by the incident.
