According to the concerned citizen, it took them more than an hour just to reach the waiting area inside the school from the line outside the gate.
“I am voting to exercise my right to suffrage, but hindi ako na-inform na ‘suffer-age’ pala kasi ito ‘yong pila sa precinct pa lang,” she said while showing voters who were bearing the long lines and the heat along the school corridors.
The waiting area is a classroom, which was already jam-packed, where voters were asked to stay before being allowed inside the polling precinct. Only five voters are allowed to cast their vote simultaneously inside a voting area where five precincts are clustered, due to the lack of ballot secrecy folders.

Sotto opted to delay his voting and return once the malfunctioning vote counting machine has been fixed. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
