Bongbong Marcos casts vote in Batac City

BATAC CITY, Philippines — Former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and his sister Irene Marcos Araneta of Lacub village cast their votes at the Mariano Marcos Memorial Elementary School here around 7: 40 a.m.

In Cluster Precinct 21A-24A in Barangay Caunayan here, voters were irked by malfunctioning scanner of vote counting machines.

Voters said the scanner failed to read election ballots.
