To undeserving bets, I hope you lose -- Lacson

MANILA, Philippines — Two days before the midterm elections on May 13, Senator Panfilo Lacson wished deserving electoral candidates good luck while he hoped that those who are not qualified to lose in their bids.

“To all the decent, well-intentioned, honest, selfless, disciplined, hardworking, capable, humble and perceptive candidates – GOOD LUCK!” Lacson wrote on Twitter Saturday.

“Sa mga balasubas, abusado, magnanakaw, peke, manloloko, makasarili at tamad – MATALO SANA KAYO, mga #^•*” ninyo!” he added.

The senator, who is active on social media, had used the platform extensively to air his opinion on everything election-related.

Lacson even earlier hinted, in a series of tweet, several senatorial candidates who will not secure a vote from him.

He gave clues and descriptions on said candidates but did not name them.

On May 13, around 60 million Filipinos are expected to cast their votes in more than 380,000 precincts across the country for senatorial, congressional, and local seats. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
