MANILA, Philippines – Some 300 passengers were unloaded from a north-bound train of Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) on Monday after it encountered a technical problem between the Taft Avenue and Magallanes stations.

The MRT-3 management said the north-bound train encountered a technical problem at around 12:20p.m.

No passengers were reported injured due to the “spontaneous alighting” of passengers, the management noted.
