MANILA, Philippines — The Duterte administration received an “excellent” satisfaction rating in the latest survey of the Social Weather Stations (SWS).
The pollster said Friday that the administration’s rating of +72 was six points higher than the +66 satisfaction rating it received in December 2018.
The survey conducted from March 28 to 31, 2019, showed that 81 percent of Filipinos were satisfied with the administration, nine percent were dissatisfied, and 10 percent were undecided.
The March 2019 survey used interviews of 1,440 adults aged 18 years old and above nationwide. There were 360 respondents each in Balance Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Meanwhile, the Duterte administration rating maintained very good on fighting terrorism and reconstructing Marawi City.
The survey respondents were asked: “Sa pangkalahatan, gaano po kayo nasisiyahan o hindi nasisiyahan sa kasalukuyang administrasyong nasyonal? Kayo po ba ay LUBOS NA NASISIYAHAN, MEDYO NASISIYAHAN, HINDI TIYAK KUNG NASISIYAHAN O HINDI, MEDYO HINDI NASISIYAHAN, o LUBOS NA HINDI NASISIYAHAN? [On the overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the present national administration? Are you VERY SATISFIED, SOMEWHAT SATISFIED, UNDECIDED IF SATISFIED OR NOT, SOMEWHAT DISSATISFIED, or VERY DISSATISFIED?]”

The survey had sampling error margins of ±2.6% for national percentages and ±5% each for Balance Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao. /ee
