MANILA, Philippines — A man was killed after being shot several times by two motorcycle-riding gunmen in Pasig City, police said Friday.
Initial investigation said Joshua Habalo, 26, was driving his scooter at around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday when the gunmen onboard a motorcycle without license plates shot him before escaping towards Marcos Highway.
Personnel of the Pasig City Emergency Unit responded to the crime scene but the victim was already found dead.
Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) recovered two spent shells and two deformed slugs at the scene.
Investigators have yet to identify the suspects as well as establish the motive behind the shooting. / muf
