43 pass Real Estate Consultant licensure exam

MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday said 43 out of the 45 takers of the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination passed.

Chrysler Bayan Acebu from the University of the Visayas-Cebu City topped the exams with a rating of 87.90 percent.

Acebu was followed by Efren Bergado Damages from Saint Louis University (87.70 percent), Marissa Pulido Villamil from Saint Vincent College-Dipolog City (87 percent), Dorothy May Rayela Nubla from Ateneo de Manila University (86.90 percent), and Augusto Babula Agosto from Quezon Colleges of Southern Philippines (85.80 percent).

The exams were held on March 31 (written) and April 23 to 25 (Revalida).

“The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced later,” the PRC said.
