MANILA, Philippines – A fire on the 21st floor of the Pacific Coast Tower snarled traffic along the Coastal road in Paranaque City Monday afternoon.

Fire trucks converged near the building right across the Parañaque Interchange Terminal Exchange (PITX).

Hence, the northbound lane of Coastal Road, right past the CAVITEx flyover, has been closed to motorists.

Motorists heading to Manila from Cavite may turn left turn to CAVITEx tunnel and drive along Pacific Avenue before heading to the Mall of Asia complex.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate route as fire is still ongoing as of posting time. /gsg
