MANILA, Philippines — Due to operational limitations, Cebu Pacific announced on Friday the cancelation of several domestic flights.
In an advisory, the airline said that the following flights to and from Cebu and Davao scheduled on Sunday, April 28 have been canceled:
DG 6719 Cebu-Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan)
DG 6722 Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan) – Cebu
DG 6745 Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan)-Davao
DG 6744 Davao-Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan)
DG 6603 Cebu-Dipolo
DG 6604 Dipolog-Cebu
DG 6573 Cebu-Tacloban
DG 6574 Tacloban-Cebu
DG 6416 Cebu-Iloilo
DG 6417 Iloilo-Cebu
Cebu Pacific said that affected passengers “will be notified through contact details provided upon booking, and given further information about their flights.”
“Guests who booked via travel agents or any other third parties are encouraged to check with them regarding flight schedule notifications,” it added.
The airline also advised passengers affected by the cancelation of flights to take any of the following options:
- Rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date, free of charge
- Get a full refund
- Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund
- Re-route to or from alternate airports for travel within 30 days, subject to availability of seats
“On top of that, affected passengers on the above-mentioned cancelled flights will receive a round-trip travel voucher which they can redeem for future flights,” Cebu Pacific said.
“We apologize for this inconvenience, and appeal for understanding as we continue to exert efforts to recover our operations,” it added. /gsg
