DFA consular offices in NCR, Pampanga closed today, April 23
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said its consular offices in Metro Manila and Pampanga will be closed today, Tuesday, April 23, following the magnitude 6.1 earthquake that struck parts of Luzon Monday afternoon.
In an advisory, the DFA said that the following consular offices are closed today in compliance with Malacanang announcement this morning, based on NDRRMC (National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council) recommendation:
- DFA Aseana
- DFA CO South (Alabang Town Center)
- DFA CO West (SM Manila)
- DFA CO Central (Robinsons Galleria)
- DFA CO East (SM Megamall)
- DFA CO Northeast (Ali Mall)
- DFA CO North (Robinsons Novaliches)
- DFA CO Pampanga (SM San Fernando)
- DFA CO Angeles (Marquee Mall)

The DFA advised applicants with confirmed appointments on Tuesday to go to the said offices from 24 April to 10 May 2019 instead.
“Kindly bring your confirmed appointment packets, including your e-receipts. Courtesy Lane services may be limited on these dates to accommodate those with appointments,” the DFA added.
The DFA further said that passport and authentication services will resume on Wednesday, April 24./gsg
