Suspected drug pusher killed in Laguna

SAN PEDRO CITY — A suspected illegal drug pusher was killed in a buy-bust operation in Biñan City in Laguna province early morning Thursday, the police said.

Reynaldo Genapaga sold P500 worth of alleged “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover policeman around midnight in Barangay San Antonio, according to a Calabarzon police report.

Genapaga was first to shoot the undercover police officer but missed. Police back up returned fire and hit the suspect who died minutes later in a hospital.
