MANILA, Philippines — The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has warned the public against the sale and use of unregistered sexual enhancement products.
In its advisory dated April 3, the FDA said post-marketing surveillance showed that the Maximum Sexual King brand of sexual enhancement pills is not registered under their agency. The FDA added that the product was also not given a certificate of product registration.
With its warning, the FDA has also asked the Bureau of Customs to stop the entry of the unregistered sexual enhancement product in all Philippine ports.
FDA also urged local government units and law enforcement agencies to stop the sale and use of the unregistered enhancement product in their respective areas. /muf
