Drunk Chinese national arrested for groping minor in Pasay
MANILA, Philippines — A Chinese national was arrested for reportedly groping a 17-year-old girl in a condominium building in Pasay City on Friday night.
Pasay police identified the arrested suspect as Jihua Yang, 31.

In an initial report, police said the teenage girl and her aunt were at the lobby of the condominium building when Jihua, who was reportedly drunk, groped her in front of the duty guard.
Security guard Geoffer Garbo, 23, immediately arrested the Chinese national.
Jihua was then brought to Pasay City police station for his proper disposition and filing of charges for violation of the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. /jpv
