MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will be affected by the easterlies that will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said the easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain over the Visayas, Mindanao, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Bicol.
Pagasa has advised residents in these areas to prepare for possible flash floods during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy skies also because of the easterlies. /muf
