In the afternoon, a motorcade drove through the city of Cauayan. Together with the city’s mayor Bernard Faustino Dy, the motorcade included both Faustino and Bojie Dy.

The people warmly welcomed Dy and the rest of the candidates running for local office in Cauayan. From Hacienda San Luis, where one of the town’s museums is located, the motorcade traversed the different barangays of Cauayan City before ending in front of the town’s city hall.
