MANILA, Philippines — Eight people, including a 16-year-old boy, were arrested and P340,000 worth of shabu was confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City on Monday night.
Quezon City police identified seven of those arrested as Orly Sandagon, 38; Mary Ann Espina, 22; Ricardo Espina, 20; Jay-ar Bulanadi, 18; Rommel Dela Cruz, 21; Eden Bulandi, 36, and Jernel De Vera, 24.
Police nabbed the suspects in an apartment at 12 Malvar Street, TS Cruz Subdivision, Barangay San Agustin, Novaliches.
Seized were 50 grams of shabu with an estimated price of P340,000 and P4,200 in marked money used in the operation.
The eight suspects were brought to the police station for proper disposition and the filing of charges in court. /cbb
