Liquids ban lifted at LRT-1
MANILA, Philippines — Passengers of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) can now bring liquids onto trains after the ban on bottled water and other liquids was lifted starting Tuesday.
In a Twitter post, the LRT-1 announced the lifting of liquids ban on its trains starting April 2.
“Sa lahat po ng aming mga minamahal na pasahero, epektibo mula ngayong ikalawa ng Abril 2019, lifted na ang pagbabawal sa anumang inumin o likido sa loob ng #LRT1,” the LRT-1 wrote.

Starting Jan. 31, the LRT-1, along with other train systems including the LRT-2 and Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3), implemented the liquids ban as a security measure.
