RAMON, ISABELA — A 74-year-old man was found dead Monday after he drowned while crossing the Magat river here, police said.
Isabela police spokesperson Capt. Frances Littaua said the body of Ignacio Aquino of Arellano, Quezon town was found hours after he tried to cross the Magat river by swimming.
Investigators said Aquino was visiting his daughter in Dallao village in Cordon town, which is on the other side of the river. /kga
