Flights canceled Monday due to bad weather

MANILA, Philippines — Two domestic flights were canceled Monday due to inclement weather, airport authorities announced.

The Manila International Airport Authority said in an advisory that the following flights bound for  Siargao were canceled as of 1:00 p.m.
