DFA reaching out to kin of amnesia-stricken Filipino repatriated from China

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is reaching out to the family of Richard Soriano, who is suffering from amnesia and was repatriated from China on Friday.

In a statement, the DFA said that Soriano was reportedly left in a hospital in China prior to his repatriation.

The DFA requested that Soriano’s next-of-kin immediately coordinate with the department through the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs (OUMWA).
