LOOK: Isko Moreno attends UP Manila election forum

MANILA, Philippines — Among the three Manila mayoralty candidates who were invited, only Isko Moreno attended the election forum held at the University of the Philippines-Manila (UP-Manila) on Friday.

Incumbent Manila Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada was absent while former Manila mayor Alfredo Lim was represented by lawyer Renato dela Cruz.

Moreno, who previously served as Manila vice mayor and Social Welfare undersecretary, faced UP-Manila students and other members of the community to answer queries and concerns about the current situation of the nation’s capital.

This is the third time an election forum was hosted by the university. The first was in 2013 and then during the  2016 elections.  /muf
