Oil price hike set on Tuesday, March 26

Pump prices of gasoline are going up for the seventh straight week, this time by 65 centavos per liter, while t diesel and kerosene will increase by 10 centavos per liter starting 6 am. on Tuesday, March 26.

Shell, Eastern Petroleum and PTT Philippines have an­nounced the price hikes.

Other local oil firms are expected to follow suit.

Pump prices so far this year have had a net increase of P6.99 per liter (diesel), P8.99 per liter (gasoline) and P4.67 per liter (kerosene). / gsg
