Carpenter arrested for molesting bus passenger
MANILA, Philippines – A carpenter was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly molesting a female bus passenger in Valenzuela City, the Northern Police District said on Thursday.
Police identified the suspect as Lodgerio Navarte, 53, a resident of Punturin, Valenzuela.
Investigation showed that Navarte sexually harassed the victim in a Public Utility Bus at SM North Edsa going to Malinta Exit on March 20 (Wednesday) at 9:05 p.m.

The victim punched the suspect and sought assistance from Valenzuela mobile patrol unit police officers.
Navarte was brought at the Women and Children Protection for further investigation and proper disposition. / gsg
