MANILA, Philippines — A kilogram of suspected “shabu” was found Thursday in an abandoned car in Barangay (village) Camachilihan in the municipality of Bustos, Bulacan, police said.

According to the Bulacan Police Provincial Office, intelligence operatives of the Bustos Municipal Police Station received a telephone call from a concerned citizen about the abandoned black Daewoo car with plate number XKP-622.
