Marikina City gets new police chief

MANILA, Philippines — The Marikina City police have a new chief starting Thursday.

According to the Eastern Police District (EPD), Senior Supt. Redrico Maranan has replaced Senior Supt. Roger Quesada.

EPD Director Chief Supt. Christopher Tambungan presided over the change of command ceremony at the Marikina New Legislative Building in Barangay Sta. Elena.

Quesada will be promoted as chief of the directorial staff of the Police Regional Office in Mimaropa (PRO-4B), according to EPD. /cbb
