MANILA, Philippines — A man allegedly poisoned his four-year-old son inside their house in Tondo, Manila on Monday triggered by a jealous rage as he believes his wife was having an affair with another man.

Police identified the boy’s father as Rhandyl Cruz, 43, who later stabbed himself several times in the stomach causing his death.

Police said Cruz threatened his wife Pauline, an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) that he will kill their son because she was cheating on him.
