Waste of taxes

Just want to ask the  Department of Public Works and Highways or

the Quezon City engineering office about the ongoing road blocking

projects here in some areas in Quezon City. I wonder why the roads have to be fixed when there’s nothing wrong with them. This happens

every year. What a waste of taxpayers’ money. Mr. President, I think
